The Daring Kitchen and more...

I have decided to join The Daring Kitchen in my quest to try new things. I've never much been into cooking.. it always seemed too complicated and time consuming. But now that I've graduated high school... I have a lot of time on my hands. I have found a new love for baking & cooking, partially thanks to my finding a Kitchen Aid mixer for a total bargain. I've been going through recipes and testing them out before typing them up to make a sort-of self made cook book, but I've kinda been running out of steam & creativity on what to make next. I've been following Leave Room For Dessert for a little while and have really liked her recipes, which has inspired me to start this blog! Of course, I'm no creative genius in the kitchen and usually follow recipes which I tweak to my own taste. It's no life unless you live.. so I'll try anything once. Here's hoping this goes well!
